The Clinic is an administrative and record-keeping tool for clinics. It does not diagnose, treat or advise. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating doctor. Any templates, prescriptions or reports generated by the software must be checked by the clinic before use.
Data responsibility
Patient information entered into the software belongs to the clinic, which is responsible for lawful collection and use of that data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Third-party services
The Service may connect to services configured by the clinic, such as SMS / WhatsApp gateways and payment gateways. Those services are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
