Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of The Clinic web software and mobile app ("the Service"), provided by Friendly Infotech (Friendly Infotech, "we"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Clinic is software for managing appointments, patients, prescriptions, billing, lab orders and related clinic work. It is an administrative and record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice and is not a diagnostic device.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by the clinic. The clinic is responsible for who it gives access to and for the roles it assigns.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Clinic data
All patient and clinic records belong to the clinic. The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters, for having the patients' consent where the law requires it, and for following the medical, data-protection and record-keeping rules that apply to it. We process the data only to provide the Service.
4. Subscription and payment
- The Service is offered on plans with a validity period. When a plan expires, access may be limited until it is renewed.
- Fees paid are for the period purchased and are non-refundable unless the law or a written agreement says otherwise.
- We may change prices or plans for future periods with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempt to access other clinics' data, no probing or disrupting the system, no copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the software, and no uploading of harmful code.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Clinics should use the built-in backup feature regularly and keep their own copies of important records.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design, logos and content of The Clinic belong to Friendly Infotech. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service while your plan is active.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data caused by events outside our control, or for clinical decisions made by users. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current plan period.
9. Termination
A clinic may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On request we will provide an export of the clinic's data before deletion.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
