Privacy Policy

The Clinic is clinic management software provided by Friendly Infotech (Friendly Infotech) to clinics. This policy explains what the app does with information. The app is for use by clinic staff and doctors who have a login created by their clinic.

What information the app handles

• Account information: clinic code, username, name and role, so you can sign in.
• Clinic records shown in the app: patient names, ages, mobile numbers, medical notes and appointments that your clinic has entered. This data belongs to your clinic; we process it only to provide the service.
• Device information: a device name and an optional notification token, stored to keep you signed in and to send reminders you have enabled.

How it is used and protected

• Data is used only to provide the clinic service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
• Each clinic's data is kept in a separate database. Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed.
• Doctors can see only their own appointments and patients; staff see what their clinic admin permits.
• The app stores a sign-in token on your device. Signing out removes it.

Sharing

We share data only with the clinic that owns it, with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, and the messaging gateway the clinic configures), or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept while the clinic's subscription is active. A clinic can ask us to export or delete its data at any time. To request account or data deletion, write to support@grouptakey.com.
